General Contractors oversee the entire remodeling project, coordinating all trades, scheduling work, and ensuring everything is completed to code and on time. Project managers handle day-to-day operations, keeping projects on track and within budget.

dripKC offers multiple options when it comes to compensation for Our GC Services. One option is to pay a % of the total project cost including all materials and labor expenses. This % typically ranges from 15% to 30%. For large, complex projects, the percentage might be lower, while smaller projects could see a higher percentage.

A second option is to hire dripKC Contracting at Our current hourly rate. This rate fluctuates based on a myriad of factors, but ranges from $25/hr for small project management and up to $200/hr for a large or complex commercial project General Contractor. For specific, well-defined projects, dripKC might OPT to offer a flat fee. This fee is based on an estimate of the time, materials, and labor required to complete the job. The flat fee can vary greatly depending on the scope of the project, and is generally only an estimation which will compute to an actual fee based on final project costs.
